The maintenance of the facilities makes them feel a bit worn and outdated. Breakfast offerings could use more variety, as limited portions left some guests wanting more, and the wifi connection only worked in specific common areas.

Beautiful and excellent position, I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this place.
The rooms were well-appointed and reasonably large as for me, with a stunning view.

Would recomand this place and would love to stay here again. Enjoyed our 1 night here. The staff was helpful and gave some great recommendations. Our room was well-appointed and reasonably large and had 2 queen size beds. The bed was comfortable and central heating, a seating area and a private entrance were a bonus. The location was stunning in the middle of jackson.
The staff we met were a bit lazy.

warm atmosphere , but slightly worn facilities
The lodge provided an lovely experience with the cozy atmosphere. The family-style dinners were not only delicious but created a wonderful opportunity to meet other guests. The fine mountain view from my room added a touch of magic to the stay. I loved watching the sunrise paint the rocks in bright hues while enjoying a cup of warm coffee.
The common areas showed signs of wear that need attention.

The hospitality of the staff was very nice, making us feel like
We were part of a family rather than just guests. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, although a few aspects like the bathroom cleanliness could improve. The communal dinners fostered great conversations.

The stay offered fine views right from the King Room with Mountain View. Evening meals were good with traditional home-cooked dishes, providing an opportunity to connect with fellow guests around the dining table. The lack of attention to some common areas left a bit to be desired, and a more extensive breakfast menu would have improved the mornings. The noise from shared spaces could occasionally be heard from the rooms at night, which might disrupt light sleepers.

The lodge is in a fantastic location right next to the park. Our queen room with a balcony was reallynice and neat. We had the best time meeting other guests during the delicious family-style dinners, where the owner shared lovely stories and played the piano. Such a cute vibe!

The very nice view from our Queen Room created a magical atmosphere. A lack of signs made the drive to the lodge confusing.

The location was fantastic, right next to the natural monument. The spacious accommodations included two bedrooms and a deck. Breakfast was delicious.
Futons need new sheets and blankets as they feel worn out.
